Just for today, do not judge yourself.
Just for today, care not about the things that you cannot do. Celebrate instead in all that you CAN do.
Just for today, find patience rather than frustration. Practice holding time, rather than chasing hurry.
Just for today, know that all that you ever need is within you.
Just for today, take time to acknowledge your breathe, your beating heart and your living body.
Just for today, feel that you are alive. I mean feel it, really feel it. Because you are.
And tomorrow, rejoice in opening your eyes, and meeting a new day. Relish in the possibilities of a new day, graced with the wisdom that you have gained from just being today.
